Lucky
Monday, March 17th, I had to say goodbye to my beloved puppy, even though he was 15 1/2 years old, he was always puppy to me. He was my faithful companion and I loved him more than words can say. My heart is broken, but I know I couldn’t see you in pain anymore. I know he stayed as long as he did because he loved me too. I will miss your face and beautiful brown eyes. I hope you are in doggy heaven running your laps, tearing up the lawn. He was loved by Layla, Auntie Judy, Rani, and of course me. Goodbye my dear sweet, good boy. Denise P.

Today I said goodbye to my Riley dog. He was my buddy, my beacon and sometimes my flotation device for life. He was the best dog I could have ever asked for. He never stopped. He was a fur tornado, a leaner, a head cocker, an insane tennis ball chaser, an insatiable walker and an amazing catcher of waffles in mid-air. I loved him so very much. Jean R.

Thank you for all the wonderful memories you left with me, they make me smile and sometimes even laugh out loud! Always remember, though I no longer see you each day, you will forever hold a place in our hearts. I know we will see each other again when it’s my time to cross the bridge to my next life. Debra...

Dear friends, I just wanted to let you all know that yesterday, with the assistance of a very kind vet, I helped my little boy Tyson let go of his body and move on. He had advanced hyperthyroidism which for him proved to be untreatable. His quality of life had deteriorated to a large degree but it was still a very difficult decision. I’ve always strived to do what’s best for each individual animal and although I would have liked to have him around a bit longer, I had no doubt that additional medical intervention would have broken his little spirit in a way that was unacceptable. I told him...
