To my sweet Merlin,
You were my best buddy and constant companion for almost 11 years. Never before have I loved, the way that I loved you. And while the ache in my heart from missing you is still so raw, I know that you are at peace and free of pain.
Thank you for all the wonderful memories you left with me, they make me smile and sometimes even laugh out loud!
Always remember, though I no longer see you each day, you will forever hold a place in our hearts.
I know we will see each other again when it’s my time to cross the bridge to my next life.
